The pressure strip opens when $PLEDGEDROP launches. The first pledge takes the top from 0.001 ETH; whoever tops it pays you back 0.00115, your pledge plus 15%, and the top pledge still standing when the clock drops takes the whole pot.

How a front runs
Pledge
Hold 10,000 $PLEDGEDROP and pledge while the clock runs. The first pledge is at least 0.001 ETH; every pledge after it is at least 5% over the top pledge.
Topped
Your pledge pays three things in one transaction: the pledge itself, 15% of the pledge you top (sent with that whole pledge straight back to its wallet) and 5% dues into the pot.
The drop
A pledge with under two minutes left pushes the drop out two minutes. When the clock runs out the top pledge takes its pledge back plus the whole pot, and the next front opens.
Pull
Refunds and winnings wait in the contract under your address until you pull them. The house takes nothing and can't touch a pledge or the pot.
worked front
A pledges 0.010 and sends 0.0105 (0.0005 dues). B tops at 0.012 and sends 0.0141: A is credited 0.0115 (0.010 back + 0.0015, the 15%), the pot is now 0.0011. Nobody tops B before the drop: B takes 0.012 + 0.0011 = 0.0131.
